Thank you for choosing Lacedbyskinny! To provide a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking.

Appointments

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your total service balance. No appointment is confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or may have their appointment shortened, depending on availability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once with proper notice.

No-Call, No-Show

Clients who do not show up without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.

Hair Preparation

Please arrive with clean, dry, and product-free hair unless your booked service includes a wash. Additional fees may apply if extra preparation is required.

Guests

For the safety and comfort of everyone, no extra guests are allowed unless they are receiving a service. Children should only attend if they have an appointment. And attended by an adult 

Health & Safety

If you are feeling sick or have symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. Any behavior that is disrespectful, threatening, or makes staff or other clients feel unsafe will result in the appointment being ended immediately.

Payments

The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Accepted payment methods will be communicated when booking.

Your satisfaction is important. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact Lacedbyskinny within 48 hours so we can discuss a reasonable solution.
